Career transition is rarely one clean feeling. It's grief, ambition, money pressure, boredom, and desire — all in the jar at once. This workshop gives you a structured 90 minutes to stop reacting and see what's actually there, even if it's messy. Using the Big 5 Luminous Map, you'll pause, name what's present, reclaim the judgment you've already earned, and choose one move that fits where you actually are right now. Not a quick fix or a five-year plan. Just coming up with reflections and ideas on what the next honest move could be for you.
